The Parish Council meets monthly, usually on the third Tuesday of the month, at West Horsley Village Hall at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated. All meetings are open to the public & at the Chairman's discretion there is an opportunity for the public to ask questions or make a comment.

If you would like to meet with the Clerk or Parish Councillors to discuss any village matters, please either contact the Clerk to arrange a meeting by appointment, or come and see us at the monthly Parish Council meeting. Future meeting dates are available below and on our noticeboards.
