The Full Council meets monthly, usually on the third Tuesday of the month, at West Horsley Village Hall at 7.30pm unless otherwise stated. All meetings are open to the public & at the Chairman's discretion there is an opportunity for the public to ask questions or make a comment.

The Planning Committee meet monthly (excluding August) in the Rubin Room, West Horsley Village Hall. All meetings are open to the public and there will be opportunities for the public to ask questions or make a comment.

The Personnel Committee meets biannually in the Rubin Room at West Horsley Village Hall. By nature of the business conducted, these meetings are in two parts. Part One is open to the public. Part Two is not open to the public.
