Restart A Heart Workshops

ARE YOU READY TO HELP SAVE A LIFE?

Workshops: Saturday 14 November 2026 at West Horsley Village Hall

Did you know that there are more than 100,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests each year in the UK? In an emergency would you know how to help an adult of child whose breathing or heartbeat has stopped? Early CPR and defibrillation can more than double a person’s chances of survival, so it really is worth getting some basic CPR training.

Booking Opens Soon at www.ticketsource.co.uk/westhorsley-pc.

West Horsley Parish Council is organising an afternoon of 'Restart A Heart' workshops to enable local people of all ages to learn the key steps to CPR, including how and when to use a defibrillator if one is accessible, giving those having a sudden cardiac arrest the best chance of surviving. The workshops will be led by local nurse practitioner Jane Graham and will include a combination of discussion, demonstration and practical participation.
