UPDATE: Road Closures at Ockham Road North 14 July to 29 August 2025

Further to our email of 3 July regarding the Ockham Road North closures, some of the times and dates have changed. Please see below.

To allow us to complete the widening works on the approach to Ockham Park Roundabout from Ockham Road North, and the bridleway link from Wisley Lane towards Ockham Road North, we will need to install the following closures on Ockham Road North.

Monday 14 July to Wednesday 23 July 2025: 24/7 closure

From 6am on Monday 14 July to 6am on Wednesday 23 July 2025, Ockham Road North will be closed 24/7 in both directions between Ockham Park roundabout and Guileshill Lane. Residential access will be maintained.

Wednesday 23 July to Wednesday 6 Aug 2025: overnight closures

From Wednesday 23 July to Wednesday 6 August 2025 Ockham Road North will be closed overnight only in both directions between Ockham Park roundabout and Guileshill Lane. The overnight closures will take place each night between 8pm and 6am. Residential access will be maintained.

Thursday 7 August to Friday 29 August: 24/7 closure

From 6am on Thursday 7 August to 8pm on Friday 29 August, Ockham Road North will be closed 24/7 in both directions between Ockham Park roundabout and Guileshill Lane. Residential access will be maintained.

Diversion route

During each closure, traffic will be diverted via the B2039, the A246, the A247, and the B2215. This will be the same in both directions. A map of the diversion route can be found via this link.
