Tickets are only £2, but do note all refreshments will carry an additional charge, so please bring extra cash or a payment card should you wish to purchase these.

Terms & Conditions 

Please note, by purchasing a ticket for the event, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

• Attendees must be 13 or over to attend. Attendees under the age of 18 may attend only with parental consent which is taken to be given upon purchase of a ticket, and provision of an emergency contact number.

• Only individuals with a valid ticket for the event will be permitted to attend, as indicated by the provision of an event wristband. Tickets will only be issued on the door if online sales have not reached the capacity maximum.

• No alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, or illegal substances will be permitted at the event. Any attendee found possessing or consuming any of these will be removed and their ticket will not be refunded.

• Several DBS checked adult volunteers will be in attendance to marshal audience behaviour. West Horsley Parish Council reserves the right to refuse entry, or remove, any attendees they consider to be behaving in an inappropriate manner without refund.

• If rain is forecast, the event will continue, inside the clubhouse. Ticketholders will be given 48 hours notice if this is the case.

• Only refreshments bought from West Horsley Parish Council or one of our catering partners may be consumed at the event.
