Oakleaf's Carol Concert

Published: 03 November 2025

Good afternoon,

I’m writing on behalf of Oakleaf, we are a local Guildford-based mental health charity and I would be very grateful to invite your congregation to our upcoming Carol Concert taking place on the 3rd December in Guildford.

Oakleaf is a local, Guildford based mental health charity, supporting hundreds of individuals across Surrey to who are struggling with their mental ill-health. We offer a wide range of services, including wellbeing activities, work-related training, employment support, and counselling. Our mission is to help people transform their lives and build brighter futures, while addressing the many challenges they face, including social isolation, unemployment, discrimination, and illness.

Oakleaf is also the home of the Guildford Safe Haven, a vital drop-in service providing free mental health crisis support every evening from 6–11pm, 365 days a year.

One of our clients generously shared her personal story, which gives a powerful insight into the impact of our work: Watch her story.

Christmas is a time of joy for many, but it can also be a challenging season for some of our clients. As the days grow shorter, Oakleaf remains committed to supporting our local community and spreading hope during the festive period.

We would be delighted to invite you to Oakleaf’s Carol Concert, an evening of festive cheer, marking the perfect start to the holiday season.

Join us for mulled wine and mince pies and enjoy wonderful performances from the Rock Choir and Royal Surrey Choir, who will fill the evening with heart-warming seasonal favourites. All in aid of Oakleaf and local mental health support.

When: Wednesday, 3 December (7-9:15pm)
Where: Holy Trinity Church, Guildford High Street
Ticket: £10 & £8 for Oakleaf clients
